We are seeking a Private Process Server in Madison County, MS, to handle civil process service within a 45-mile radius. This is a 1099 contract role, paid per job completed weekly.
Applicants should be experienced in process serving, private investigations, or law enforcement, with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
Key responsibilities include attempting all cases at least every 72 hours, activating cases within 24 hours of receipt, making weekend attempts, and using mobile apps to document attempts with photos and notes.
Cases should be resolved within 10-20 days, with up to 5 due diligence attempts. Affidavits of service must be signed and returned within 48 hours.
