You will enhance and improve government team processes by implementing AI and automation tools to reduce repetitive tasks and streamline operations
You will transition routine administrative work, such as reviewing multi-page bid documents, into AI-enabled processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Develop and utilize tools like Starbridge, or build internal solutions, to identify municipal, transit, and federal accounts that align with Linde's ideal profile (value, terms, cost to serve, and plant utilization)
You will pre-qualify RFQs, identify high-potential opportunities, and support account managers throughout the bid process to drive growth
Additionally, win and manage select municipal accounts while ensuring alignment with Linde's overall government account strategy
You will develop a strong understanding of municipal and government account requirements, including flow down responsibilities, FAR criteria, obligations, and Linde's risk profile
Furthermore, collaborate across all segments to maintain the ~$35MM base business while executing on profitable growth opportunities
Lastly, drive continuous improvement by developing annual plans with key milestones, while managing operational tasks such as SBTs, Driver's Eyes On, invoice disputes, weight discrepancies, QIRs, and service incidents
