Process & Systems Analyst

Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is looking for a Process & Systems Analyst to join our team.

Process & Systems Analyst: This role is bridge between “what the system can do” and “what our people actually do with it” and exists to leverage technology tools, drive adoption, optimize configuration, provide training, and manage governance.

Core Responsibilities:
• Be the connective tissue between BEC's operations and our technology ecosystem and understand both sides deeply enough to make them work together. (one-Community)

• Drive adoption and change management for the technology roadmap. (full-Commitment)

• Build the internal muscle so that BEC is self-sufficient regarding day-to-day system operations and process improvement. (true-Craftsmanship)

• Protect governance. Ensure people save files in designated locations and follow defined processes regarding use of technology for timekeeping, invoicing, and other business activities. (high-Character)

Qualifications:

•  Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
•  2-3 years of experience in creating/managing work-flows focused on efficiency and systems preferred
•  Understanding of technology, lean principles, theory of constraints
