As a Process Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, helping drive team success, and ensuring smooth workflow and great experiences for employees. You’ll work closely with the engineering and production teams to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing productive, results-oriented working relationships across departments.
  • Maintaining detailed lab notebooks and completing run logs and data entry promptly.
  • Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance, calibration tasks, and equipment audits.
  • Contributing to problem-solving initiatives for tool operation and repeatability issues.
  • Providing constructive feedback on work improvements and recognizing errors in operational workflows.
  • Leading and performing special projects aligned with team goals and production targets.


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical field, or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a similar manufacturing or laboratory position.
  • Understanding of automated and semi-automated process tooling, especially for thin-film electronic devices and sensors.
  • Strong communication skills, a cooperative attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a knack for analytical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in advanced mathematics and cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and apply sound judgment during equipment operation.
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts and overtime as needed.
