JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Process Technician to support vaccine manufacturing operations by performing duties related to tank and central services. This role involves ensuring the safe and sterile preparation of equipment, supporting production schedules, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards in a controlled manufacturing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support vaccine production schedules by following Tank and Central Services planning boards • Perform Steam-in-Place (SIP) and Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes on equipment • Prepare and sterilize process equipment using autoclaves • Decontaminate garments, equipment, and materials such as roller bottles • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all processes • Review in-process documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Maintain technical data and supporting documentation • Assist in training and coaching team members on required processes and skills • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions • Escalate production issues and support resolution of process disruptions • Demonstrate commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards • Support continuous improvement initiatives and performance assessments • Participate in site projects, including deviation and change control activities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent • Working knowledge of cGMP and USDA requirements for vaccine manufacturing • Basic math and troubleshooting skills related to equipment and processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset • Ability to meet deadlines in a complex and variable work environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Laboratory experience • Manufacturing experience Education: High School
