Process Technician III

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite - Night shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Process Technician III. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on pilot production and R&D in a cleanroom environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process/manufacturing and will be instrumental in supporting our next-generation technology development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process/Manufacturing Technician in a pilot production/R&D cleanroom environment, specifically with CMP.
• Proficiency with lab metrology equipment.
• Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Experience in training other technicians and engineering team members.
• Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivery commitments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute standardized work based on documented operating procedures.
• Support next-generation technology development through execution of engineering work orders.
• Collaborate with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback.
• Manage work area materials to ensure no supply gaps.
• Attain the status of module area designated trainer.
