Job Description
Shift: B Shift – 12-Hour Nights (Sunday–Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Schedule: rotating 3/4-day workweeks

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily injection molding operations and ensure optimal machine performance
Optimize production processes to meet quality and output targets
Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot and maintain molding equipment to reduce downtime
Conduct internal process audits and sustain 5S workplace organization
Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product validation and release
Monitor key production metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts
Supervise material handling procedures and inventory control
Provide leadership support during shift operations as needed
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Prior experience in injection molding, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting
Solid mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
Strong math and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work standing for long periods
Willingness to work overtime and weekend shifts when needed
