Process Technician (Plastic Injection Molding) Full-Time | $28–$35/hr | Job Store Staffing Client
Job Store Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Process Technician with a strong background in plastic injection molding. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving quality in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform machine start-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Develop, document, and maintain molding tolerances and process standards
Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvements
Train and support Set-Up Technicians to ensure adherence to best practices
Collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams on part and process qualifications
Support mold qualifications, including IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP
Complete production reports accurately and participate in shift handoffs
Continuously expand knowledge of materials and molding techniques
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
Strong understanding of Scientific Molding principles
Experience with mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP)
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and improve processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Pay range: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
