Process Technician

• Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting machine processing system
• Responsible for setting up & monitoring production line machinery (robots, box machines, etc.)
• Will monitor transfer points, timing, mold transfers, etc.
• Will collaborate with internal Maintenance personnel for repairs
• Responsible for maintaining proper documentation
• Ensures finished products meet customer standards
• Ensures department is maintaining efficiency goals
• Other duties as assigned

Shift:

• 1st & 3rd shifts available (Days and Nights) 

• 2/2/3 schedule

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plastics processing experience (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous machine operating & troubleshooting experience
• Ability to use hand & power tools
