Job Description

A Process Technician is responsible for monitoring and controlling industrial production processes by operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, troubleshooting malfunctions, collecting data, and implementing process improvements, all while adhering to safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing facility; they typically work in a control room, adjusting settings on machinery and monitoring process variables to optimize production efficiency.

Process Technician 

We're seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you'll oversee critical injection molding operations, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain quality control standards across production processes. This position offers competitive compensation ($24-$36/hour) and comprehensive benefits. Day or night shifts available, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage injection molding operations and process optimization
-Execute quality control procedures and compliance documentation
-Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
-Conduct process audits and maintain 5S standards
-Coordinate with Quality Assurance team for product validation
-Monitor production metrics and implement improvements
-Supervise material handling and inventory management
-Lead shift operations when required

Qualifications

-Proven injection molding manufacturing experience
-Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
-Experience with GMP and quality management systems
-Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
-Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities
-Physical ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
-Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
