     Job Description:

    Royalton, VT | $26–$36/hr based on experience

    The Opportunity

    A global leader in precision injection molding is adding skilled Process Technicians to its medical device manufacturing team in Royalton, Vermont. This role sits at the heart of a GMP-regulated production environment where your technical expertise directly supports the quality of life-critical products.     Shift Schedule – 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3/4 day cycle:

    • B Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
    • D Shift: Thu–Sat + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM

    Shift placement based on current openings.

    Your Day-to-Day

    • Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials to maintain consistent product quality
    • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation
    • Troubleshoot and repair molding and auxiliary equipment as issues arise
    • Start up new jobs and respond to production needs throughout your shift
    • Conduct routine process audits and uphold 5S standards
    • Work alongside Process and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical problems
    • Monitor scrap, manage material flow, handle mold sets and pulls, and submit maintenance requests
    • Analyze production data to flag improvement opportunities
    • Support and mentor junior team members when leading shift operations

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or comparable quality systems
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
    • Ability to read and complete technical documentation and production logs
    • Solid basic math and production analytics skills
    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
    • Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime
