Process Technician

Location: White, GA
Pay: $23–$24 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM OR 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

Process Technician Description:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Process Technicians to support manufacturing operations in White, GA. This role is responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying abnormalities, collecting and reporting production data, and supporting Process Engineers to ensure efficient operations and maximum production performance.

Ideal candidates are analytical, technically minded, comfortable monitoring systems and data, and capable of responding quickly to production issues in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Monitor production systems and process performance throughout each shift
  • Identify abnormal production trends and follow standard procedures to resolve issues
  • Escalate unresolved process concerns to Process Engineers and leadership teams
  • Ensure processes remain within target operating parameters and quality standards
  • Collect, organize, and report production and process data using SQL and Microsoft Office programs
  • Verify process compliance with production standards and SOPs
  • Adjust process parameters as directed by Process Engineers
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain communication with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams regarding process status
  • Follow all environmental, health, safety, and PPE requirements
  • Assist with additional technician responsibilities and support team operations as needed
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to support manufacturing goals
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, technical support, process monitoring, or production experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment or metrology tools preferred
  • Basic computer skills including SQL and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with numbers, charts, graphs, and basic calculations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to wear full PPE, including respirators, for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing conditions including heat, chemicals, and automated equipment
  • Semiconductor, solar, IT support, technical troubleshooting, or advanced manufacturing experience is a plus
