We are seeking a Process Technologist to join a growing manufacturing team focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity for both experienced professionals and recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to production processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations within a highly collaborative environment.
As a Process Technologist, you will play a key role in improving production efficiency, product quality, capacity, and yield while supporting the implementation of new processes, validations, and operational improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and R&D teams to identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Analyze production data, process trends, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Support process optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, yield, quality, and throughput
Investigate process deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and training materials
Support process validation, cleaning validation, and implementation of new production workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Operational Excellence and continuous improvement projects
Provide technical support to production operations and troubleshooting assistance as needed
Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to interpret process data and make data-driven recommendations
Strong documentation and project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other process manufacturing environments
Exposure to process optimization, process validation, or cleaning validation
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and quality systems
Experience with manufacturing systems, process controls, HMI, PLCs, or data analysis tools
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
