They will design, test, and implement customized workspace environments with versatile workflows and task automations that streamline business processes throughout the college. Responsibilities include adding, removing, and managing data (including MOU's and contracts), establishing process approval chains, creating reports and forms, maintaining security controls and user access, developing tutorials, reference guides, and other relevant materials to train new and current users, communicating updates and new developments as they are rolled out, resolving incidents and providing user support, and working with Smartsheet developers to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and improve the quality of service. This role provides support to departmental/unit level users, understands their experience, and helps problem solve and troubleshoot.
