Duties:
• Make mixing for UHT and aseptic systems. • Set up CIP and clean UHT and aseptic processing systems and all associated equipment. • Set up CIP and clean associated raw and pasteurized equipment tanks, lines, batch systems, etc. • Perform assigned PMs (preventive maintenance) and rebuild valves, pumps, and homogenizers, etc. • Operate and CIP separator and other associated equipment. • Lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a repetitive basis. • Work in hot, humid conditions. • Complete and maintain all associated records in accordance with company state and federal requirements. • Adhere to all good manufacturing practices.
