As a member of *** Financial Benefits team, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their accounts. You will review incoming paperwork or distribution transactions on accounts to evaluate, verify and process for *** Financial. You will communicate with internal/external clients to collect information to expedite processing. You will work in a variety of processing queues in order to complete a case. You will perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
• One year of experience creating and/or working with Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma and one year of business experience.
• One year of Retirement Services experience is preferred.
• A flexible schedule that allows for overtime.
• Excellent written customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent prioritization skills to manage caseload.
• Ability to multi-task.
