Processing Lead (Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique)

Position Title: Processing Lead
Reports to: Store Manager
Position Structure: Part-time, 20-28 per week, including special events. Expected to work up to three Saturdays per month.

Location: Siloam Springs
Pay Band: $16 - $19 per hour

PB414 amplifies collective impact, purpose, and provision by cultivating a redemptive ecosystem where spiritual formation and business innovation come together to restore what’s broken and steward communities well.

ABOUT BEAUTIFUL LIVES BOUTIQUE

Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is an upscale shopping environment at a thrift price point, serving women of all backgrounds with dignity and hope. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a keyholder to the building, responsible for opening and closing of the processing room.
• Lead the processing of donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events, and preparing items for the sales floor. 
• Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
• Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
• Lead and direct volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks. 
• Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.   
• Maintain a supply list and coordinate with management when supplies are needed. 
• Demonstrate high SQ (Spiritual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) by responding quickly and sensitively in different situations, praying and ministering to team, customers and volunteers.
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1-2 years of retail experience. 
• Knowledge of clothing brands and pricing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.  
• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.  
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  
• Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414. 
• Dependable transportation to and from shifts.  
• Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Must be 16+ years of age
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
