What You'll Do
As a Processing Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, lifting, and pouring ingredient bags up to 50 lbs into mixers, ensuring accurate ingredient loads. Mixing ingredients according to batch instructions and recipes to produce consistent quality.
• Operating and monitoring extrusion equipment during production runs to maintain product specifications.
• Reading production orders and making adjustments to equipment or processes as needed.
• Bagging finished product while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas after each production cycle.
• Assisting with troubleshooting minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supporting team operations and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and coworkers.

What You'll Bring
