Job Title: Food Production – Processing, Packaging & Sanitation
Pay: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00PM – 6:30AM

We’re hiring for processing, packaging, and sanitation roles, offering hands-on work and long-term growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do
Depending on department placement, responsibilities may include:
Processing
  • Moving and lifting ingredient bags up to 50 lbs into mixing bins
  • Following recipes and batch instructions accurately
  • Operating and monitoring food production equipment
  • Measuring ingredients and supporting production flow
  • Maintaining clean and organized processing areas
Packaging
  • Packaging cereal and granola products for shipment
  • Repacking boxes and mixed cases
  • Counting and verifying product quantities
  • Stacking boxes and pallets safely and efficiently
  • Inspecting packaging for quality and accuracy
Sanitation
  • Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility areas
  • Disassembling and reassembling machinery for deep cleaning
  • Supporting food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Completing sanitation logs and documentation
  • Maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards throughout the facility

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to lift 35–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and remain active for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic math and computer skills preferred
  • Previous production, warehouse, packaging, sanitation, or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
