The primary focus of this role is handling daily reject decisioning and processing activities with accuracy and efficiency.This role also involves manual mail extraction, data entry, and supporting high-volume processing operations. Strong time management and attention to detail are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess rejected transactions from various processing areas using reports and audit trails Perform basic transaction sorting and decision-making based on operational guidelines Prepare and batch header items with control documents for processing Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning using equipment such as I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, and 150 Falcon systems Handle medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction processing based on client instructions Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets departmental productivity and quality standards Assist in training new team members when required Support manual mail extraction and scanning processes Perform data entry tasks as needed Additional NotesCandidates should be comfortable with manual mail processing and high-volume document handling Strong attention to detail and time management skills are critical for success in this role This position supports a first-shift operations team Shift Schedule:Sunday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM Monday, Wednesday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Days Off: Tuesday & Saturday **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
