Processing Supervisor - Third Shift Dental

3rd ShiftSunday- Thursday 2300 - 0730

The Processing Supervisor will supervise and lead assigned area of the operations section of manufacturing and ensures safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation.Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.At least two years of experience of musculoskeletal allograft processing, or a minimum of one-year prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work environment and physical activities:

Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.Some areas of manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.

Desired qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.Certified Tissue Bank Specialist- CTBS certification.Knowledge of processing anatomy, sterile techniques and medical terminology.Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.Technical and professional expertise; solving problems analyzing issues and innovation.Developing and coaching skills to help others develop to their fullest potential.Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
