What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?
- Sort donated items and identify great finds
- Help identify recyclable items. Even if we cant sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
- Get those great finds sales floor ready
- Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently

Processing Team Member (Sorter)
Monday-Friday | Consistent Day Shift | No Nights | No Weekends
Looking for a stable schedule? Join our Processing Team and enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. This is a hands-on role where youll help sort donated items that support our mission and prepare quality merchandise for our retail stores.
What Youll Do
- Sort clothing, shoes, toys, and household items into designated categories.
- Identify sellable, recyclable, and unsellable items while meeting quality standards.
- Move bags and boxes to and from workstations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Rotate workstations throughout the day and assist teammates as needed.
- Meet daily production goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
What Were Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- No experience required-we provide paid, on-the-job training.
Work Environment
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Indoor warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided as needed.
