Processing Technician III - 2nd shfit

Description:
* Shift: 2nd * Monday-Friday and (5) hours Saturday (not mandatory) *3:30PM to 2:00AM (10hrs)
* HS Diploma or GED required
*Top 3 skills required: Experience in wet operations, chemicals, paint, dry-film, sandblast

Passivation, Alkaline Clean, leadership, working well with the team as a leader.
*Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
*Physical required; client initiated
*Looking for a processing Lead with qualifications with wet processes chemicals.
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to lift/move up to 30 lbs
* Assists with inspecting components to the proper customer and production specifications
* Perform housekeeping duties on a regular basis as necessary
* Prepare daily production reports and forms
* Adheres to company EH&S, Quality, and other company policies
* Assists other operators with processing activities such as components weight counting, glass beading, changing tank solutions, parts movement between location
* Train on part washing line and blasting machines
* Ability and knowledge of: General plating skills at a Plating Tech I level
* Working knowledge in manufacturing and quality processes and principles
* Able to maintain records and quality standards
* Ability to read and understand technical product specifications
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedures -

Verification of paperwork - Flow of lots and work - Flow of processes - Parts Cleaning – Sorting - Blasting
* Basic computer skills
* Hot Molten Salt
* Troubleshoot part wash machine
* General plating skills at a Plating Tech II level
* Stripping all coatings - Chromate - Water Break Free Test – Passivation - Conversion Coatings – Dyes
* Aid in Nacap audit preparation
