Job Description:
As a Processor, you are the center of the operation. Your primary focus is the swift transition from the VP sale to the UW submission then ultimately to CTC and submission to closing. You will process the file to satisfy investors and GR UW guidelines, while working with the rest of the team to communicate with the borrower and other interested parties to ensure a transparent loan process. You are responsible for "keeping everything together" by following up, restating expectations, and tracking important dates and orders, all within your expected "Time to Task."
