About the Role:
Colonial Title Group Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Processor/Closer to join our team in Dandridge, TN! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and accurate closings for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage real estate title orders from opening to closing
• Prepare and review closing documents, HUD-1/ALTA settlement statements, and title commitments
• Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders
• Conduct title searches and examine title reports to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure all closing conditions and lender requirements are met prior to settlement
• Disburse funds and record documents accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and compliant closing files in accordance with state and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions
• Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders
• Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
