Mortgage Processor
Pay Rate: $44.00 $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to provide direct support to clients, borrowers, and approved third parties. This role is responsible for coordinating documentation, managing application intake, reviewing loan documents, and preparing files for underwriting submission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients, borrowers, and approved third parties
- Coordinate documentation and application intake
- Perform high-level review of mortgage and loan documents
- Prepare complete and accurate files for underwriting submission
- Review documentation to ensure eligibility criteria are met
- Support loan origination and loan servicing activities
- Manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and borrowers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 3 5 years of mortgage processing experience
- Experience supporting loan origination and/or loan servicing activities
- Strong document review and file preparation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and priority management abilities
