Processor

We are seeking a Processor to play a key role in the daily operations of our facility by safely sorting, processing, and preparing incoming organic materials. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Job Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and process incoming organic and recyclable materials according to established procedures.
• Operate processing equipment such as conveyors, grinders, crushers, pumps, balers, and other material handling equipment.
• Monitor material flow to help ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with other operational duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, changing weather conditions, and moving equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, warehouse, agriculture, food production
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience operating industrial processing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Indoor and outdoor work in an industrial processing environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, odors, and moving machinery.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
