We are seeking a highly motivated and driven processor for our T&R with Moves team. This role is critical in ensuring quality documentation, client engagement, state compliance, and customer SLA execution. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $22-$23/hr
$500 Sign-on Bonus!
Essential Duties:
- Manage initial and state transfer transactions, in compliance with state-specific regulations.
- Reviewing supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
- Research and resolve an issue related to paperwork.
- Communicate both internally and externally with partners.
- Ability to deliver on team goals, KPIs, and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with Driveaway Operations team to complete registration or inspections in route
- Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in proprietary software, Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with general office equipment.
- Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Working knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED Required
- Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
