We are seeking a highly motivated and driven processor for our T&R with Moves team. This role is critical in ensuring quality documentation, client engagement, state compliance, and customer SLA execution. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation: $22-$23/hr

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

Essential Duties:

  • Manage initial and state transfer transactions, in compliance with state-specific regulations.
  • Reviewing supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Research and resolve an issue related to paperwork.
  • Communicate both internally and externally with partners.
  • Ability to deliver on team goals, KPIs, and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with Driveaway Operations team to complete registration or inspections in route
  • Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in proprietary software, Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with general office equipment.
  • Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Working knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
