The Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing direct support to underwriters by coordinating documentation and conditions between consumers and underwriters to complete credit qualifications for assumption transactions.
  • Reviewing various loan documents and demonstrating a thorough understanding of mortgage servicing and loan origination processes.
  • Understanding and adhering to service levels within compliance standards.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of mortgage processing experience supporting underwriting activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, along with strong time management skills.
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
