The Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing direct support to clients, borrowers, and approved third parties.
  • Coordinating documentation and application intake.
  • Conducting high-level document reviews and preparing files for submission to underwriting.
  • Reviewing various loan documents and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of mortgage processing experience in support of loan origination and servicing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, along with strong time management skills
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
