- Process approved orders for IT hardware, software, and services
- Enter newly acquired assets into the asset management system (Freshservice)
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, including:
- ----Adds, moves, changes, and deletions
- ---Hardware and software/license assignments
- Support asset lifecycle updates and inventory accuracy
- Assist with software license tracking and renewals
- Support annual renewal projects and licensing audits
- Maintain standard license and equipment stock levels
- Prepare summaries and data for Technology Acquisition Planning Sessions (TAPS) (experience not required)
- Provide reporting, research, and administrative support to IT leadership
- Assist with ad hoc asset and procurement-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT asset procurement, acquisition, or asset management
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software inventory management
- Experience supporting asset lifecycle activities (adds, moves, changes, deletions)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, corporate IT environment
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience using asset management or inventory tools (training provided on Freshservice)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
- Exposure to software licensing audits, renewals, or compliance activities
- Experience working in large, regulated, or corporate organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (nice to have, not required)
