Seeking an Admin Specialist to support manufacturing operations by identifying, correcting, and resolving Purchase Order (PO) errors affecting invoice processing and payments.
Responsibilities include addressing 2-way vs 3-way match discrepancies, incorrect or mixed PO numbers, and other accounts payable issues.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with purchase orders
• 1-2+ years in accounting or accounts payable
• Excellent attention to detail
