Procurement Administrator (Contract)
Location: Atlanta, GA area (onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
About the Role:
We are partnering with a well-established organization in the healthcare space seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This position is covering a leave and offers the opportunity to step into a collaborative, easygoing environment where you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement operations.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing follow-ups, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to monitor incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies
Assist with invoice verification and reconciliation
Communicate with vendors regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed
Qualifications
2-5 years of procurement, purchasing, or related experience
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Effective communication skills with internal teams and vendors
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
