Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a Level 2 **Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance)** to join the Aircraft Materials and Structures (AM&S) Parts and Sub-Assemblies Team (Secondary Structures) in **Auburn, Washington** . This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team with direct supplier management. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. This position requires Procurement Agents to integrate and partner with BCA Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication and Program teams. **Position Summary:** + The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Operations. + The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work effectively with business partners aspart of an integrated team. + The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positiverelationships across teams and with suppliers. + They will have experience in negotiation, problem solving, and strategic decision making to support supply chain andproduction goals. + The candidate should have experience in process management and measurement, knowledge of productionand procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects + 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment + 1+ years of experience with data analysis + 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Processes + Must be able to travel Domestic up to 10%. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher + Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
