We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations through reporting, contract review, data analysis, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, procurement experience, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting procurement initiatives and KPI reporting activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport procurement operations through reporting and data analysis
Review and assist with contract redlining and documentation updates
Track and report team KPIs using Excel
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase order documentation
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Provide support to business users through helpdesk activities
Capture meeting notes and assist with team coordination
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support procurement initiatives
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines
1+ year of procurement or purchasing experience
Understanding of invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP systems, or ServiceNow
Prior experience supporting procurement operations or contracts
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
