Responsibilities:
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for procuring services and/or materials consistent with the needs of Client Procurement Operations Group. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for accurate procurement planning, innovative sourcing, contract development and contract administration while maintaining compliance with enterprise procurement policies and procedures. This position is an individual contributor role that initiates and coordinates procurement activities which include preparation of bid packages, conducting pre-bid meetings, evaluating bids, negotiating terms & conditions, issue contracts, amendments, purchase orders and change orders as required. The Procurement Analyst independently negotiates and settles supplier claims and back-charges with guidance provided as needed. Additional responsibilities include fostering and implementing process improvement initiatives, client relationship management, communicating contractual commitments, and representing Client in the external marketplace. The Procurement Analyst must have general knowledge of the sourcing process, prior experience in construction procurement, project management and contract law.
Requirements:
High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
