Procurement Analyst (Hybrid)

Are you detail oriented, organized, and experienced in purchasing or supply chain support? We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support purchasing activities, vendor coordination, contract documentation, and internal business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and keeping processes running efficiently.

• Execute purchasing processes for goods and services to support internal business needs
• Purchase non-complex materials and services
• Process purchases using existing master agreements
• Prepare reports supporting internal audits, Sarbanes Oxley testing, and self-assessments
• Maintain and analyze contract management software files
• Complete new vendor request forms
• Support administration of procurement managed programs
• Follow proper purchasing processes, documentation requirements, and compliance procedures
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Procurement or purchasing experience preferred
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel spreadsheets
• Comfortable working with computer systems and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Pay Range: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
