We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Procurement Coordinator to support retail construction and development projects across multiple locations. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, tracking project schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials, fixtures, and equipment to project sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply chain, construction support, or project coordination and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Hybrid work schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work.
  • Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned office location.
  • Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, fixtures, and other project-related items.
  • Support supplier onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Assist with supplier sourcing, bid requests, and procurement documentation.
  • Resolve supplier issues and proactively mitigate risks that may impact project timelines.
Project Coordination
  • Support construction and development project schedules through effective planning and communication.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project milestones and procurement deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Inventory & Material Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
  • Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule to project locations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to forecast project material requirements and support planning efforts.
Financial & Administrative Support
  • Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, change orders, and vendor-related financial tracking.
  • Support budget development and cost tracking for construction and development projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze procurement and project data to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within procurement and project management systems.
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project coordination, construction support, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting construction, facilities, retail development, or capital improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with procurement, inventory management, and purchasing systems.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management practices.
Pay Rate: Up to $39.00 per hour
