Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities using RFP/RFQ processes for medium to high-value procurements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the contract lifecycle.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and compliance.
  • Prepare award recommendations, board approval documentation, and procurement reports.
  • Analyze spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support supplier diversity initiatives.
  • Monitor contract performance, resolve PO, pricing, and invoice issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and leverage market intelligence to improve sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of sourcing, procurement, and contract management experience.
  • Strong experience with RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and procure-to-pay processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
