Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities using RFP/RFQ processes for medium to high-value procurements.
- Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the contract lifecycle.
- Partner with Project Managers, Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and compliance.
- Prepare award recommendations, board approval documentation, and procurement reports.
- Analyze spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support supplier diversity initiatives.
- Monitor contract performance, resolve PO, pricing, and invoice issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain supplier relationships and leverage market intelligence to improve sourcing decisions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of sourcing, procurement, and contract management experience.
- Strong experience with RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract administration, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Knowledge of ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
