Job Overview:
The Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.

Pay Range: $35- $40/hr 

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
