Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Salary- 110k/Yearly

Santa Clara, CA (On-Site)

Procurement Analyst to support day-to-day purchasing and procurement operations in a fast-paced business environment. This role will focus on vendor quote coordination, purchase requisition support, purchase order tracking, and delivery follow-up to help ensure timely and accurate material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from vendors and coordinate with internal teams to validate pricing and purchase requirements.
• Create and track purchase requisitions with accurate commercial and delivery details.
• Monitor purchase order release status and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely processing.
• Support blanket purchase orders and other purchasing transactions by tracking status and resolving open issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on material deliveries to the correct location.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing support, supply chain operations, or PR/PO coordination.
• Understanding of purchase requisition and purchase order processes.
• Strong Excel, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders on purchasing activities.
• Exposure to ERP or procurement systems.
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain teams.

Mandatory Skills: Procurement Operations, PR/PO Coordination, Vendor Quote Management, Excel.
