## Job Story
The Industry & Defense Administration office is looking for a Procurement Analyst student assistant.
## Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.
## Job Duties
- Support federal and industry contract awards by tracking and follow-up.
- Assist with organizing, compiling, and maintaining procurement resources and materials.
- Generate procurement visibility and reports.
- Assist with gathering information, tracking communications, and status updates.
- Monitor and managing the Procurement Shared.
## Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
## Additional Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (including SharePoint)
- Experience with advanced analytical software, a plus (ex., Power BI)
## Preferred Qualifications
- Senior or Graduate Student preferred.
## Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
- Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
