Overview The Procurement Associate Manager - PepsiCo Beverage Flex Packaging plays a critical role in shaping how one of PepsiCo's largest packaging categories operates and evolves. Sitting at the intersection of procurement, data, and digital innovation, this role offers the opportunity to drive real business impact by delivering insights, improving processes, and advancing new capabilities across the Labels & Pouch category. In this highly visible role, you'll help lead the rollout of new digital tools while providing key insights that improve pricing, supplier performance, and overall operations. You'll partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to analyze data, resolve issues, and support productivity initiatives, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on execution and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the North America (U.S. & Canada) category strategy, including new supplier qualification and transitions Lead category sourcing activities, including RFPs, negotiations, cost modeling, and should-cost analysis Drive productivity initiatives and support AOP planning, including cost standards development and tracking Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sustainability teams to deliver innovation, productivity, and pep+ packaging goals Act as a liaison for digital capability rollout, supporting the implementation of new procurement tools and technologies Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, scorecarding, and business reviews Ensure continuity of supply by supporting business continuity planning and day-to-day supply management Oversee execution of category initiatives, including promotions, graphic changes, pricing updates, and innovation timelines Lead supplier quality and compliance efforts across the category Partner with Finance to manage pricing updates and resolve discrepancies, including rebate reconciliation and invoice issues Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
