Exceptional Service, Endless Improvement, Passionate People, and Honest and Forthright. Guided by our values, we foster a culture of growth, balance, and belonging where every team member can thrive.

We are currently seeking to add a Procurement Associate to our Procurement team to support company growth. This role is designed for someone looking to build a career in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day procurement process by ensuring equipment is accurately received, organized, purchased, and delivered to both our clients and internal teams.

You will primarily support either Inventory Operations or Procurement Operations while receiving cross-training in both areas. Your work will help ensure the right products are available at the right time, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the successful delivery of client projects and service requests while developing the well-rounded skills needed for long-term growth within the department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, scan, and accurately process incoming inventory and equipment.
    • Pick, package, and ship hardware for client projects and service requests.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and regular inventory audits.
    • Manage client returns, loaner equipment, RMAs, and other inventory-related processes.
    • Coordinate client-specific and drop shipments while maintaining accurate shipment tracking and documentation.
    • Assist with preparing hardware and software quotes for clients, projects, and internal requests.
    • Create and maintain purchase orders while tracking vendor confirmations, estimated arrival dates, and order status.
    • Work with vendors and distributors to procure hardware, software, licensing, and cloud services.
    • Maintain product information and procurement records within ConnectWise and other internal systems.
    • Perform weekly and monthly procurement health checks, inventory counts, and quality assurance reviews.
    • Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding inventory availability, order status, and procurement updates.
    • Assist the Procurement Coordinator with purchasing, quoting, vendor follow-up, and additional departmental initiatives as needed.
    • Continuously develop procurement knowledge while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain is preferred.
    • Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement certifications are a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel experience is preferred.
    • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or procurement software is a plus.
    • A positive attitude and a desire to build a long-term career in procurement.
