Procurement Manager

Location: Forest Hills, NY

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 annually

Travel: Up to 50%

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving cost savings, strengthening supplier partnerships, improving supply chain performance, and supporting operational and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with operations, project teams, and leadership to support business objectives.
• Analyze spending and procurement data to drive informed decision-making.
• Travel up to 50% to supplier facilities, project sites, and company locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Proven success in reducing costs and improving supplier performance.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or similar professional certification.
• Experience in construction, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
