Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Procurement Contract Analyst w/ Paralegal Background for a
long-term contract/potential contract to hire assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting services clients. This role will be worked on a hybrid basis out of either their
Atlanta, GA or Miramar, FL office (tuesday-thurs onsite, M/F remote). You will support on the contracting and any remediation of our third party contracts. This includes compiling information to comply with regulatory items, connecting with various stakeholders, review contracts to ensure information is accurate and uploading documentation. You will be a personal contact point for category leaders on this topics. You will need to know when something needs escalating, how to manage a variety situations and be comfortable managing finance and budgets.
**Hybrid role - onsite Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday/Friday** Responsibilities :
Supports contract compliance efforts through a deep expertise in contract lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance and enable the Firm's impact, ESG, and risk goals. Provides guidance and updates existing/new agreements in alignment with Anti-bribery and other firm specific clauses needed for compliance and regulatory purposes.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legal teams and category management teams to ensure contract compliance to firm standards
- Regularly update procurement contracts to reflect any changes in the corporate governance framework ensuring legal standards and internal policies are met
- Provide continuous support to adapt procurement contracts to accommodate changes that arise during project execution, ensuring that contracts remain relevant and enforceable
- Develop closeout strategies for contracts and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with legal teams to update contract terms and conditions templates as needed
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and compliance with legal requirements
- Draft progress reports and maintain metrics for contracts and change order completed
- Scope of Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- University degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of contracts (from a review/legal perspectvie). Outstanding project and process management skills as an individual contributor. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Superb client service skills with both creative and analytical mind-set. Be of mature disposition and personable, and able to work well within teams across continents/time zones. Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently. Creative problem solver and natural entrepreneur; comfort with ambiguity. Can handle both technical and business aspects of hosting and support. Pragmatic approach and solution minded. Top notch security and confidentiality standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree and/or previous paralegal experience preferred
- Risk and Sustainability
- Contract Lifecycle Management processes and systems experience preferred but not required
