Job Overview:
Pay Range: $40.22hr - $45.22hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Associates degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years of previous experience (highly preferred).
- Previous experience with eMarketPlace.
- Must be able to work together with the team.
- Must value teamwork.
- Previous experience with processing Purchase Orders (POs).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Procurement and submitting eMarketplace requests on behalf of team members from across GCDAI.
- Initial requests for a contract.
- Contract and Purchase Order (PO) amendments.
- CDAs/Non-disclosure agreements.
- Manage life cycle of each GCDAI agreement.
- Timely follow-up on each open request to ensure follow-through.
- Escalating to the GCSO Procurement Lead and GCDAI team members as needed.
- Maintain contract tracker.
- Providing weekly status updates via email.
- Providing the sourcing contact for MSA requests and RFPs.
