Procurement Contract Coordinator

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $40.22hr - $45.22hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Associates degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years of previous experience (highly preferred).
• Previous experience with eMarketPlace.
• Must be able to work together with the team.
• Must value teamwork.
• Previous experience with processing Purchase Orders (POs).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with Procurement and submitting eMarketplace requests on behalf of team members from across GCDAI.
• Initial requests for a contract.
• Contract and Purchase Order (PO) amendments.
• CDAs/Non-disclosure agreements.
• Manage life cycle of each GCDAI agreement.
• Timely follow-up on each open request to ensure follow-through.
• Escalating to the GCSO Procurement Lead and GCDAI team members as needed.
• Maintain contract tracker.
• Providing weekly status updates via email.
• Providing the sourcing contact for MSA requests and RFPs.
