Procurement Contract Specialist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking experienced procurement professionals to support large-scale new generation, construction, and equipment projects. This role will focus on high-value procurement, complex contract development and negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of high-value goods, services, materials, and equipment
• Develop and negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, terms, performance requirements, and risk mitigation
• Lead sourcing events and negotiations with suppliers
• Manage supplier performance and contract compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams on major construction and infrastructure projects
• 
  Requirements:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant procurement, contract management, or supply chain experience
• Major project, construction, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
