Procurement Coordinator

Are you a highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing procurement processes? We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Procurement Coordinator to join our expanding team. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by managing vendor relationships, overseeing purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary contact for vendors regarding product price adjustments and other inquiries, fostering positive supplier relationships.
  • Execute purchasing of goods and services in strict accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, supporting timely order fulfillment.
  • Assess potential and existing vendors based on criteria such as price competitiveness, reliability, and capability, to ensure we partner with the best suppliers.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, including volume discounts, cash incentives, and other cost-saving opportunities with vendors.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation-purchase orders, contracts, and related records-are complete, accurate, and include necessary terms and conditions.
  • Maintain detailed pricing histories and comprehensive vendor records for transparency and strategic sourcing.
  • Facilitate vendor credits and accounts payable processes seamlessly.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and additional administrative functions to support smooth office operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to team success.
