Procurement Coordinator Part-Time | 24 Hours per Week Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Finance Department | Fairmount Homes Are you organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed behind the scenes? Fairmount Homes is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the purchasing and supply needs of our community, with healthcare operations as a primary focus. This role helps ensure our team members have the supplies and resources they need to provide exceptional care and service to residents every day. As part of our Finance team, you'll work closely with departments across campus, vendors, and accounting to coordinate purchasing, manage inventory, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate records. What You'll Do Order supplies and materials for departments across Fairmount Homes Track orders and communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, and returns Receive, organize, and distribute incoming supplies Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages and waste Maintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory records Support cost-effective purchasing practices and strong internal controls Partner with departments to ensure they have the supplies needed to serve residents effectively What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply coordination, warehouse support, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and standard office software Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Why Fairmount?
